Conveniently located near Penang Hill, Thomtar, and Gurney. Easy access to transportation with Grab costing RM5-6. Foodcourts, restaurants, massage shops, and 7-11 nearby. Great hospitality from the bellboy who helped us change rooms for free due to safety concerns.

We had a great stay at a hotel in a strategic location. the courtyard room option was convenient and the breakfast met all our needs. the reception staff were accommodating and consulted their manager to fulfill our request. the hotel was clean and well-maintained, with nearby attractions like the Pulau Tikus Hawker Centre and Night Market within walking distance. it was a pleasant experience. Cons: Hard to think of anything 🤔.

We had a great time exploring the local area and the hotel's location was perfect for this. The variety of food options nearby was impressive and convenient. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The lack of nyonya food, especially kaya, was a letdown. Additionally, some minor issues like the limited TV channels and the absence of a fridge in the room could have been improved.

The hotel was a former British Quarters, steeped in history. The staff were lovely – so courteous and helpful with anything we needed. The location was perfect, with ample available parking and within easy reach of everything we wanted to see.
There were some downsides. There was no lift – we had trouble with our heavy suitcases and our elderly mother had a difficult time getting up and down the stairs.
